The staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast variety was good. The location was very convenient. The complimentary fruit plates in the room were very welcoming and considerate.

Best location for see Istanbul. You can walk to all distinctions within 10-15 min. Staffs are friendly and nice. Room is good and clean

This is a gem of a hotel, a great location close to trams and major attractions with a nutritious breakfast that kept us going all day. What makes this hotel special and sets it apart from others is the staff and their attention to detail, their genuine and warm interaction with guests and the feeling of being valued as a customer. Big thank you to the reception staff, bellboy (Dustin Hoffman lookalike), Sebahat and the breakfast waiter (young man with glasses) and restaurant manager who made our stay superb. We had a balcony room which was perfect.👌çok teşekkür ederim

I loved that the hotel was located in district where there is so much history, excellent access to public transportation (which seems to be the case throughout Istanbul) and tasteful modernity. There is also an unmistakable laidback vibe which compels you to relax almost immediately. Breakfast was definitely a high point of my stay and so too were the staff who couldn’t be more welcoming and genuinely friendly. They say first impression counts and I couldn’t have a better first encounter than I did with Rabia; it just felt like home. Huge shout out to Berat and Ersin as well, excellent team in Reception. This has been one of my best experiences ever and cements the Hilton/ Double Tree as my go to brand whenever I travel internationally. Kudos guys!

I have chosen this hotel by recommendation of my friends. This is the best 4* hotel i have ever seen. Before arriving i wrote to hotel and asked a room before 14.00 as my plane landed early in the morning. My will was satisfied and hotel provided me a room at 10 am. Additionally there was a gift for me inside. The next day was my birthday. In this connection hotel decorated my room with red and silver balloons and left cakes with written congratulations in the room. On the day of leaving the administration of hotel permitted me to leave much later than 12.00. Every day of my 4 5-days staying was full of attention and surprise. The personnel is very attentive and polite. Breakfast if fresh and “king-sized”. The room is magnificent and clean. The metro and tramway is in 2 minutes of walking, the main places of sightseeing are in 7 minutes of walking. The hotel will be my permanent place of staying in next travels to Istanbul.

The location of the hotel is great! The main attractions are within walking distance. There is a tram stop and a beautiful park nearby. We had a Twin Deluxe room - everything was done very thoughtfully, good soundproofing, many lighting options. I am very sensitive to sounds and have trouble sleeping when I travel - but in this hotel I slept like a baby=)The room was very clean. The cleaning staff is very caring, they do their job efficiently and discreetly. The breakfasts are very tasty, you can order additional dishes without extra charge. The fitness center is small, but everything you need is there. Special thanks to the team at the reception! They made our holiday special. They immediately created a great atmosphere, helped with all the questions. It is so touching: to come to another country to celebrate a birthday, and the staff immediately create an atmosphere as if you were expected here and are so happy to see you. A stunning example of hospitality!

Excellent hotel. We arrived for a weekend getaway. On arrival, we were given a complementary upgrade. Breakfast was nice with a wide range of choices, the hotel room was kept very clean in the day and the location of the hotel is amazing. So many good sites in a walking distance from here. Really want to thank the hotel staff who were very helpful including Fatih, Berat, Ersin, Rabia, Soren and Ibrahim for their help and the hotel manager who was always very friendly. A big thank you to the helpers in the hotel as well, who always greeted us with a smile and helped with our luggage and cleaning.
