The staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast variety was good. The location was very convenient. The complimentary fruit plates in the room were very welcoming and considerate.

Best location for see Istanbul. You can walk to all distinctions within 10-15 min. Staffs are friendly and nice. Room is good and clean

This is a gem of a hotel, a great location close to trams and major attractions with a nutritious breakfast that kept us going all day. What makes this hotel special and sets it apart from others is the staff and their attention to detail, their genuine and warm interaction with guests and the feeling of being valued as a customer. Big thank you to the reception staff, bellboy (Dustin Hoffman lookalike), Sebahat and the breakfast waiter (young man with glasses) and restaurant manager who made our stay superb. We had a balcony room which was perfect.👌çok teşekkür ederim

The location of the hotel is great! The main attractions are within walking distance. There is a tram stop and a beautiful park nearby. We had a Twin Deluxe room - everything was done very thoughtfully, good soundproofing, many lighting options. I am very sensitive to sounds and have trouble sleeping when I travel - but in this hotel I slept like a baby=)The room was very clean. The cleaning staff is very caring, they do their job efficiently and discreetly. The breakfasts are very tasty, you can order additional dishes without extra charge. The fitness center is small, but everything you need is there. Special thanks to the team at the reception! They made our holiday special. They immediately created a great atmosphere, helped with all the questions. It is so touching: to come to another country to celebrate a birthday, and the staff immediately create an atmosphere as if you were expected here and are so happy to see you. A stunning example of hospitality!

In general, my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton was pleasant and comfortable, and I would definitely come here again. When we checked in, the rooms were clean, and I appreciated the small details, such as the fresh fruit and the thoughtful gift. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the person at the reception on the day we arrived (maybe Yaqub?), but he was very welcoming and professional. He upgraded our room and included us in the breakfast. I really appreciate it!
