Best location for see Istanbul. You can walk to all distinctions within 10-15 min. Staffs are friendly and nice. Room is good and clean

This is a gem of a hotel, a great location close to trams and major attractions with a nutritious breakfast that kept us going all day. What makes this hotel special and sets it apart from others is the staff and their attention to detail, their genuine and warm interaction with guests and the feeling of being valued as a customer. Big thank you to the reception staff, bellboy (Dustin Hoffman lookalike), Sebahat and the breakfast waiter (young man with glasses) and restaurant manager who made our stay superb. We had a balcony room which was perfect.👌çok teşekkür ederim

DoubleTree made the trip to Istanbul very enjoyable. Its location and comfortable rooms made it a good choice. Its easy walking distance to Sultanahmed, the historic district. Our experience was elevated by an excellent customer service provided by Anastasia. For us, it helped raise the hotel's rating from good to excellent. She was very knowledgeable about Istanbul and very helpful. She would be there at breakfast and mingle with the guests there and check on their stay. She was quickly able to answer many questions that we about Istanbul and resolve issues that we had during our stay.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful! We had to leave at 5 in the morning. They called a taxi for us and gave us breakfast packages in bags! The room was large, comfortable. The bathroom and the shower too. The view from the Roof terrace is amazing! Do not miss it! The location is convenient - close to lots of restaurants and only 10 min away from Haggia Sofia and the Basilica Cisterns.

The professionalism of hotel staff was amazing. I would like to thank Ersin, who was the first who we met at the reception. He was really friendly and pleasant. We got a promotion to the bigger room and free breakfasts from the hotel that was very nice after a long trip. Also, i would like to highlight the hospitality of cleaning service and Anastasia, who was responsible for the guest relationship. All were amazing and helped us in every request. Staff of the Double Tree made our stay comfortable and warm. Thank you, guys.
