The location of the hotel is great! The main attractions are within walking distance. There is a tram stop and a beautiful park nearby. We had a Twin Deluxe room - everything was done very thoughtfully, good soundproofing, many lighting options. I am very sensitive to sounds and have trouble sleeping when I travel - but in this hotel I slept like a baby=)The room was very clean. The cleaning staff is very caring, they do their job efficiently and discreetly. The breakfasts are very tasty, you can order additional dishes without extra charge. The fitness center is small, but everything you need is there. Special thanks to the team at the reception! They made our holiday special. They immediately created a great atmosphere, helped with all the questions. It is so touching: to come to another country to celebrate a birthday, and the staff immediately create an atmosphere as if you were expected here and are so happy to see you. A stunning example of hospitality!

I loved that the hotel was located in district where there is so much history, excellent access to public transportation (which seems to be the case throughout Istanbul) and tasteful modernity. There is also an unmistakable laidback vibe which compels you to relax almost immediately. Breakfast was definitely a high point of my stay and so too were the staff who couldn’t be more welcoming and genuinely friendly. They say first impression counts and I couldn’t have a better first encounter than I did with Rabia; it just felt like home. Huge shout out to Berat and Ersin as well, excellent team in Reception. This has been one of my best experiences ever and cements the Hilton/ Double Tree as my go to brand whenever I travel internationally. Kudos guys!

This is a gem of a hotel, a great location close to trams and major attractions with a nutritious breakfast that kept us going all day. What makes this hotel special and sets it apart from others is the staff and their attention to detail, their genuine and warm interaction with guests and the feeling of being valued as a customer. Big thank you to the reception staff, bellboy (Dustin Hoffman lookalike), Sebahat and the breakfast waiter (young man with glasses) and restaurant manager who made our stay superb. Myself and my wife stayed here for a total of 8 days. I want to say a massive thank you to all of the staff members especially Ersin and Jacub. They were very helpful throughout my stay recommending local restaurants and tourist attractions. I had a brief encounter with Berat who was also really helpful. I also want to mention the female filipino headscarf cleaner (sorry I do not know her name) who enusured our room was cleaned to a very high standard. Again, I want to thank you all for yoyr help. Would definitely recommend.

When we checked in, the rooms were clean, and I appreciated the small details, such as the fresh fruit and the thoughtful gift. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the person at the reception on the day we arrived (maybe Yaqub?), but he was very welcoming and professional. He upgraded our room and included us in the breakfast. I really appreciate it!
